I cannot drink water, coffee or green tea when fasting?

Wrong, you can drink water, coffee and green tea anytime. However, coffee is not recommended to drink after 4pm so that your sleep is not disturbed.

How much time does it take to see the result?

To build anything, it takes time. So does it, but surely, you will see a big difference in 30 days and a complete change in 90 days.

Do I have to take any medication or any supplements during this course?

No, there is no medicine or supplements that is offered in this course as a probiotic or anything such that. Everything recommended in the course is a whole food and naturally fermented foods.

Does it not hamper my social life because I have to be careful all the time while eating?

Certainly, you are allowed to eat whatever you want but there is a way to do it. It is well covered in the course in a well-organized manner so that it would be as your second nature where you don’t have to constantly think about it. (Once you learn it, it becomes a habit just like brushing your teeth early in the morning or driving a car. You don’t need anyone to remind you time and again how, do you? It just becomes a part of you.)
